What Diagnostics Do You Offer

We offer VO₂ Max, Resting Metabolic Rate, FatMax metabolic efficiency, HRV recovery analysis, Evolt 360 body composition, and Functional Fitness and Fall risk assessments. Together, they create a complete picture of your longevity, performance, and biological aging.

How do I know which assessment I need?

If you’re unsure, start with a simple Evolt 360 Body Composition Scan and a FREE diagnostics consult and we can guide you from there with what makes sense for you and your goals.

What is a Longevity Score?

Your Longevity Score compares multiple biological ages — metabolic, cardiovascular, recovery, fat-burning efficiency, body composition, and functional strength — to determine how fast you’re aging and how you can reverse it. One area of your life may be functioning well while another area is older than your chronological age. Together, we will help you see where you are biologically vs. chronologically.

How long does a full diagnostic session take?

Most sessions take 60–90 minutes, depending on which assessments you’re doing. A full elite panel typically takes approximately 2 hours and can be completed in one session.

Does the VO2 Max test hurt or feel uncomfortable?

We don't beat around the bush - it’s challenging, but safe. You’re simply pushed to your personal max effort while monitored the entire time. You can stop at any moment. It won't be "comfortable" but then again neither is letting it go and having cardio respiratory problems shortening your life.

What should I wear for my assessment?

Wear gym clothes and athletic shoes. You will receive a detailed packet for each assessment you do that helps you understand what to expect. Some assessments you need to be fasted for and other you need to have fuel in your body.

Will I get my results immediately?

Yes. Most diagnostics deliver instant data. Your Tech will walk you through your numbers during the session and explain what they mean. For more comprehensive reports like the Clarity Blueprint it may take up to 48 hours. We will schedule your consult apt at the time of your assessment.

What is the Comprehensive Clarity Blueprint?

It’s a personalized, data-driven strategic plan built from your diagnostics. It outlines your goals, nutrition plan, training plan, recovery strategy, and next steps to improve your health, performance, and longevity.

Do I have to do personal training after the diagnostics?

No — but many clients choose to because our training is built specifically from your data. You can take your results and implement the plan on your own or take it to your personal trainer at another gym if you prefer.

How often should I retest?

It depends on the assessment. The body composition is recommended every 4-6 weeks as it shows the most immediate results and data needed to adjust your plan as you progress. For most people, we recommend retesting other assessments quarterly and bi annually. For athletes or clients in transformation programs, we may recommend more frequently.

Is Red Light Therapy Safe?

Yes. Red and near-infrared light therapy is backed by hundreds of studies and is considered safe, non-invasive, and highly effective for recovery, inflammation reduction, and mitochondrial health. Our bed is medical grade and very effective. We are committed to results not fads.

What is HRV and why does it matter?

HRV (Heart Rate Variability) measures how well your nervous system adapts to stress and recovers. High HRV = better health, better recovery, and better longevity. Low HRV is a red flag for stress, burnout, and overtraining.

Can older adults participate in your assessments?

Absolutely. Many of our clients are 50+. In fact, the older you are, the more valuable your diagnostics become because your biological age can diverge from your chronological age. Our Fall Risk assessment should be done by anyone moving into their advanced years. We want to help you RESIST and fight against the lies of our culture that falling apart is simply part of aging.

Do you offer memberships?

Yes. We offer several levels of memberships covering diagnostics, training, recovery, and full concierge-level longevity coaching — from foundational programs to elite performance.

Do you offer discounts for multiple services?

Yes. Our bundles and memberships give the highest value. We also offer discounted add-ons when you complete a diagnostic panel.

What if I'm not in shape? Can I still do VO2 testing?

Yes. VO₂ Max testing is for everyone, not just athletes. The test scales to your ability, and the data is often even more valuable for beginners.

What's the difference between RMR and FatMax?

RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) tells you how many calories your body burns at rest.

FatMax reveals the exact heart rate where your body burns the highest % of fat.
Together, they eliminate all guesswork around fat loss and metabolism.
