Your Longevity Score compares multiple biological ages — metabolic, cardiovascular, recovery, fat-burning efficiency, body composition, and functional strength — to determine how fast you’re aging and how you can reverse it. One area of your life may be functioning well while another area is older than your chronological age. Together, we will help you see where you are biologically vs. chronologically.
Most sessions take 60–90 minutes, depending on which assessments you’re doing. A full elite panel typically takes approximately 2 hours and can be completed in one session.

Yes. Most diagnostics deliver instant data. Your Tech will walk you through your numbers during the session and explain what they mean. For more comprehensive reports like the Clarity Blueprint it may take up to 48 hours. We will schedule your consult apt at the time of your assessment.
It’s a personalized, data-driven strategic plan built from your diagnostics. It outlines your goals, nutrition plan, training plan, recovery strategy, and next steps to improve your health, performance, and longevity.
No — but many clients choose to because our training is built specifically from your data. You can take your results and implement the plan on your own or take it to your personal trainer at another gym if you prefer.
It depends on the assessment. The body composition is recommended every 4-6 weeks as it shows the most immediate results and data needed to adjust your plan as you progress. For most people, we recommend retesting other assessments quarterly and bi annually. For athletes or clients in transformation programs, we may recommend more frequently.
Yes. Red and near-infrared light therapy is backed by hundreds of studies and is considered safe, non-invasive, and highly effective for recovery, inflammation reduction, and mitochondrial health. Our bed is medical grade and very effective. We are committed to results not fads.
HRV (Heart Rate Variability) measures how well your nervous system adapts to stress and recovers. High HRV = better health, better recovery, and better longevity. Low HRV is a red flag for stress, burnout, and overtraining.
