Refund & Cancellation Policy – Resist RX Longevity Lab

Single-session assessments (VO₂ Max, FatMax, RMR, HRV, Evolt 360, functional tests)
 Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or “no-shows” may be charged in full and are generally non-refundable.

Packages and programs (assessment bundles, personal training, coaching)
 Multi-session packages and programs are designed to be completed within a specific time frame.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all packages and programs are non-refundable once the first session or assessment has been completed.

In special circumstances (medical issues, relocation, etc.), remaining unused sessions may be credited toward future services at our discretion.

Digital products, reports, and consults
 Digital reports and consultation sessions are non-refundable once delivered or completed.

We provide in-person and virtual services including, but not limited to, VO₂ Max, FatMax, Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR), HRV, body composition, and functional assessments, as well as personal training, nutrition coaching, and related educational content. We may modify, add, or remove services at any time.
3. No medical advice
Our assessments and coaching are for educational and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with your physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting or changing any exercise, nutrition, or medical plan.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to:
 Provide accurate and complete information on health history, medications, and physical limitations

Follow pre-assessment instructions (e.g., fasting, caffeine restrictions, clothing/shoe guidelines)

Immediately inform us of any pain, dizziness, or concerning symptoms during sessions

Consult your healthcare provider as needed before engaging in our programs

5. Payments and billing
 Payment is due at the time of booking or as outlined in your agreement.

We process payments securely through third-party providers such as Stripe.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for services purchased.

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy (linked separately) is part of these Terms.

6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By purchasing services, you acknowledge and agree to that policy.
7. Results are not guaranteed
While we use data-driven methods and evidence-based practices, individual results vary. We do not guarantee specific performance, weight, health, or body composition outcomes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resist RX and its staff are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. You participate in assessments and programs voluntarily and accept responsibility for your own health and safety.
